Normec VQZ is part of Normec and operates nationwide as an accredited medium-sized certification service provider in accordance with the DIN EN ISO 17021 and DIN EN ISO 17065 standards. Our focus is on practical certification solutions for common management systems. We specialise in quality management (ISO 9001 and ISO 13485), environmental management (ISO 14001), occupational health and safety (ISO 45001 and SCC-VAZ 2021) and prequalification. Normec VQZ has official accreditations in these areas.
Step Into the Role
Structured execution of process tasks in the prequalification department.
Identification of optimisation opportunities in existing processes and procedures.
Ensuring adherence to schedules through precise time management skills.
Daily customer contact via common communication media.
Updating and maintaining the customer database with a high degree of accuracy.

The Normec Fit
Completed training or studies in healthcare, technical or commercial fields.
At least two years of professional experience in a related field.
Comprehensive knowledge of common office technologies.
Strong ability to work in a structured manner and plan projects.
Precise working style with an eye for detail and accuracy.
Good time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team spirit and aptitude for effective collaboration with colleagues.
